How much do classes cost?
The cost of a class depends on the type (matwork or apparatus), the duration (25 min or 50 min), and if you buy a single class or a package. The packages are Get Started (10 classes), Get Moving (25 classes) or Get Results (50 classes).

How much do private/group sessions cost?
The cost of a session depends on the location (studio / remote / home ), type (private or group), and if you buy a single session or a package. The packages are Get Started (4 sessions), Get Moving (12 sessions) and Get Results (20 sessions).

For Home Sessions there is an additional zone fee (starting from 330 kr / session) depending on where you live.
Do you have monthly memberships?
No. We offer Class Passes. Our Class Passes have no expiration date so you can take a break for how long and as often as you want!
Do you have discounts?
We offer a Trial discount -165 SEK for any class/session you want to try. Use the discount code TRYACLASS(classes) or TRYASESSION(sessions) when booking.
We also offer packages (CLASS PASSES) which reduce the price per class.
Unfortunately, we do not offer other discounts such as student discount, pensioner discount, etc.
How do I book a class?
To book a class, select what you want to Train (Essential Pilates, Pregnancy Pilates etc.) and then pick a start date from the Schedule to view all classes from this date.
Click “Select” to add one ticket to your cart. Click “View selections” to view the class(es) you’ve added. Enter the discount code TRYACLASS and click “Apply” if this is your first class to knock 165 kr off the price. Click “Book now” to finalize your booking with a card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. After booking is completed you’ll receive a booking confirmation and a payment receipt in your email.
How do I book a session?
To book a session, select where you want to Train (Studio Session, Remote Session etc.) and then choose the first date you want to start. Click “Select” to add one ticket to your cart. How do I buy a Package (Class Pass)?
You can buy any Get Started Package directly when you book. to buy Get Moving or Get Results packages, email us at email@example.com and we’ll assist you.
Click on “CLASS PASSES” to view your options and prices. Click “Select” to add one package (class pass) to your cart. Click “SCHEDULE” or “Select more” to return to the schedule and add classes/session to your cart. You should now see the text “Included in your class pass” right below the “Select” section if the package you’ve just added can be used to book this class/session. Click “View selections” to first view your cart and continue the checkout.
How do I login to my account?
An account is automatically created the first time you book with us. If this is your first time to Login, you’ll need to create a new password.
Login To Your Account
Click the green button “Login”
Enter the same email address you used when you booked
Enter the password you created
Create A New Password
Click the link “Forgotten your password?” (a new window will appear)
Enter the same email address you used when you booked
Click “Send reset code”
Find the email which is sent from Bookwhen <firstname.lastname@example.org>
Click the link “Set a new password”
Set a new password and type the password again.
Check “Stay logged in on this device” if you prefer (optional)
Click “Save password & login”
You should now see your account page with your bookings, class passes.
PS. We use an UK-based booking system called bookwhen in case you wonder.
How do I book using my Package (Class Pass)?
Follow the steps below in case for the quickest way to book.
Click the green “Login” button to login to your account where your class pass is stored
Find and click on the class / session you want to book in the schedule.
Before you click “Select”, make sure your Class Pass is valid for this class/session (you should see the text Included in your class pass)
Click Select to add this class/session to you cart.
If your class pass allows you to add more than one person to a class/session you can click “Select” again and add multiple attendees to your booking
Click “View Selections” to view all your selected reservations and continue to checkout.
PS. Feel free to add as many classes/sessions and even additional class passes to your cart before checkout.
How do I reschedule my booking?
Find your booking confirmation email (or reminder email).
Click the link “View booking”. A new window opens with your booking details.
Find the class/session you want to reschedule from the list
Click on “Ticket options”
Click on “Transfer ticket”
Click on the list “Select event and ticket type”
Choose what you want to train from the list. Only options valid to be rescheduled (transfered) into for this booking will be shown.
Click on “Select a new ticket date/time” to choose a new date/time you would like to transfer to
Click “Save” and click “OK” to confirm and proceed with the change to transfer this specific date/time of your booking.
A new email is sent “Ticket changed” to you where you see both Transferred (old date/time) and the Transfer (new date/time).
PS: Don’t forget to change any Calendar Event you may have with the updated date/time.
What is the cancellation policy for bookings?
You can reschedule up to 6 hours prior to the start of your class/session. See How do I reschedule my booking? for further instructions.
If you look for a refund, please email to email@example.com with your request at least 6 hours before your booked class/session starts and within 28 days from your purchase for a full refund within 7 bank days from your request. See full terms of sale (in Swedish) for details.
