You will learn how to structure private lessons and classes with Pilates apparatus such as Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and others. An education in Classical Pilates is both fun and intensive as it is done part-time for about 1 year.

We are a proud user and reseller of Classical Pilates Equipment made with love from Pilates Scandinavia By Prag Movement. The apparatus is proudly hand-made in Sweden with solid birch wood, galvanised steel and leather.

We teach theoretical and practical knowledge on how to use Joe’s original Pilates principles to teach clients who are at different levels by using different modifications and variations.

The education includes practical anatomy skills needed to safely teach clients with different physical challenges. Working with clients at different levels and abilities is a natural part of everyday work as a professional pilates instructor.
