A professional Classical Pilates instructor travels conveniently to your office for a small group session of max 8 people.

How can I get Pilates to my office?

  1. Get commitment from your company to do Office Sessions for at least 6 weeks during 3 months

Is it possible to do Office Sessions online?

Absolutely! We use our Studio Online if you prefer your sessions to be online instead. The benefit then is that your location doesn’t matter.

Which equipment do I need for an Office Session?

As a minimum you will need your own exercise mat (180 cm long and 15 mm thick recommended). Preferably a pair of dumbbells (0.5 kg or 1 kg) and a Magic Circle but we can run great class without props.

I've never done Pilates before, when will I see results?

Joe Pilates always said, “In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference, and in 30 you will have a whole new body”

What's the difference between Pilates and Yoga?

Both Yoga and Pilates are mind-body exercise methods but there are some key differences:

  1. In Yoga the main focus is breathing. In Pilates the focus is precision of movement, breathing is secondary.
  2. Yoga tends to be more static, holding poses. Pilates tends to have more flow of movement.
  3. Yoga is rooted in spiritual, meditative practice. In Pilates there is no spiritual aspect.

He began his journey into the world of Pilates after a lower back injury and started as a Pilates instructor in 2005. Boaz is a Classical Pilates instructor, comprehensively certified with The Pilates Standard.

Former dancer and classical pilates instructor trained under the direction of Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates’ protégé. With almost 20 years of teaching experience, always positive, motivating and ready to challenge students in a safe, comfortable and fun environment to meet their individual goals. Experienced teaching people of all ages, body types, athletic abilities, pre-natal and post-natal, and able to modify exercises for various injuries. Exhibits patience with new learners and is an effective communicator. She loves nothing more than when a client experiences a breakthrough moment as a result of doing pilates.
