Stephanie took me from a brand-new beginner, recovering from a tough (third) c-section, to an intermediate/advanced Pilates practitioner in less than two yrs! How much do private/group sessions cost?
The cost of a session depends on the type (private or group), and if you buy a single session or a package. The packages are Get Started (4 sessions), Get Moving (12 sessions) and Get Results (20 sessions).

Why should I do a studio session over classes as a beginner?
Taking studio sessions at a Pilates studio in the beginning of your Pilates journey will help you learn the basics properly. When you know how to modify exercises to your own ability, your classes will be more effective and you will reach your goals faster.
I've never done Pilates before, when will I see results?
Joe Pilates always said, “In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference, and in 30 you will have a whole new body”
What's the difference between Pilates and Yoga?
Both Yoga and Pilates are mind-body exercise methods but there are some key differences:
- In Yoga the main focus is breathing. In Pilates the focus is precision of movement, breathing is secondary.
- Yoga tends to be more static, holding poses. Pilates tends to have more flow of movement.
- Yoga is rooted in spiritual, meditative practice. In Pilates there is no spiritual aspect.
What should I think about before a studio session?
NOTE! Specific rules in place due to the prevailing pandemic
- Be changed before you come to the studio as our changing rooms and showers are closed during the pandemic.
- Wear soft clothing without zippers or other sharp details. We train in socks (preferably grip socks for your safety) when we train Classic Pilates.
- Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your lesson starts and use the port code that is in your booking confirmation.
- Rebooking no later than 6 hours before your lesson starts with the link in the booking confirmation or contact us and we will help you.
- Wash hands thoroughly with soap immediately after arrival. Do not forget to rinse for about 30 seconds before you dry yourself thoroughly on the disposable towels.
- Wait at the entrance and follow the staff’s instructions for your and our safety.
