EDUCATION STARTS

Workshop #1 - Intro & Ideal

An intensive weekend ( thu-sun, 9am-5pm ) where you’ll learn to combine 30 exercises from the Classical Pilates Method into a Mat class. You begin with how you introduce the Classical Pilates System to a new client together with your Pilates Teacher. Then you learn how-to step-by-step run classes at different levels (Into & Ideal). After this first weekend you have the knowledge to run various Classical Pilates Matwork classes with people at different levels and abilities.

Own Time #1 - Train, Observe and Practice

After Workshop #1 you will work through the Classical Pilates System you’ve learned so far. You exercise yourself 2-3 times per week to progress your own skills. You’ll have opportunity to observe Matwork classes with the purpose to study how experienced Pilates instructors run classes. You’ll practice by yourself and together with students, family and friends what you’ve learnt so far. Your mentor is available for questions & answers during scheduled sessions throughout the education.

Workshop #2 - Anatomy & Challenge

An intensive weekend ( thu-sun, 9am-5pm ) where you’ll learn practical anatomy and orthopaedic principles and additional challenging exercises from the Classical Pilates Method.
