From week 14 we recommend Pregnancy Pilates up until delivery. Before week 14 you can also participate in regular classes as long as it’s comfortable for you to be on your back and tummy.

I do Pregnancy Pilates through the online lessons twice per week. The classes are held in a nice, caring and professional way. I see the benefits of doing it regularly during my pregnancy and it is also fun and relaxing. I really recommend it and in this times is a perfect option do it online as it also help me stretching and relaxing the muscles after a day of work.

With almost 20 years of teaching experience, always positive, motivating and ready to challenge students in a safe, comfortable and fun environment to meet their individual goals. Experienced teaching people of all ages, body types, athletic abilities, pre-natal and post-natal, and able to modify exercises for various injuries. Exhibits patience with new learners and is an effective communicator. She loves nothing more than when a client experiences a breakthrough moment as a result of doing pilates.

We train in our fully equipped Pilates studio, Studio Haga (Hagagränd 2, Stockholm), as well as our Studio Online where we run interactive classes and sessions using Zoom.
