Do you want to train Classical Pilates in Vasastan?

Pilates Via offers Classical Pilates in Stockholm with professional instructors trained by Pilates Via and certified by The Pilates Standard. Classes and sessions are taught in English unless otherwise stated. For sessions, it is possible to choose one of the languages that your instructor can teach in. Our two boutique Pilates studios, Studio H (Hagagränd) and Studio S (Surbrunnsgatan), are centrally located in Vasastan.

Studio H (Hagagränd)

We have Matwork and Apparatus classes (Reformer & Chair) in small groups with 4-8 people at Studio H (Hagagränd). We also have Private, Duet and Group Studio Sessions with additional Classical Apparatus (ex. Ladder barrel, Small Chair, High Chair, Spine/Foot/Toe Corrector and Pedi Pole) at Studio S (Surbrunnsgatan).

Do you want to train remotely? You can train in our Studio O (Online) where we run interactive (not pre-recorded) classes and sessions with an instructor using Zoom.

What should I start with? Try an Essential Pilates class if you are a beginner or has less experience from Classical Pilates. Once you know the essentials you’re welcome to book Progressive Pilates classes where we challenge you further with new exercises and a faster pace with flow. We also have specialty classes Vintage Pilates and Mama Pilates.

Studio H is newly renovated and its interior design is in 1890s style. The studio is centrally located in Stockholm, only a 3-minute walk from Odenplan.

You train Matwork classes (25 min or 50 min) in small groups of max 8 people. We also have Private, Duet and Group Remote Sessions in Matwork.
